Here’s what the HF Teams have been up to this month.
It’s been great offering our services and providing advice and support at The Edge Community Centre in Wigan offering our health checks and lifestyle advice.
Also we have been supporting local businesses around the Borough with bespoke health events.
The teams also celebrated a number of keys days including International Nurses Day, World Hypertension Day along with Mental Health Awareness and National Walking Weeks!
